2、 Main products and markets
In the development of more than a decade, a product system has been formed, mainly consisting of wellhead connection devices and ground equipment such as pumping unit accessories, wellhead accessories, oil and gas production wellheads, thermal production steam injection wellheads, wellhead compensators, steam injection pipelines, etc., supplemented by stainless steel fine sand control pipe downhole tools, drilling operation special tools such as elevators, lifting rings, and hooks. We have purchased several high-precision equipment such as VB-825A and NBP-1000A vertical machining centers, large vertical gantry planer and milling machines, large CNC boring machines, and fully functional CNC machine tools. We also have the ability to process mechanical parts through heat treatment, quenching, and high-frequency quenching. We have a 1000 ton pressure testing machine, magnetic powder testing, ultrasonic and radiographic testing capabilities for 12m length parts, a 15m long and 7m wide X-ray lead room, a 14 meter long and 6-meter wide paint room, and meet environmental protection requirements. The company's quality management is strictly established in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute's API quality management system, and raw material suppliers are carefully selected.
